Machine Embroidery

Embroidery is a popular craft and is used on kurtas, saris, dupattas caps, and other clothes to make them look more beautiful. Students learn to use coloured threads and even pearls, beads, and sequins to make attractive patterns. We first tackle simple embroidery designs and gradually progress to complex techniques and styles.

Students must have basic knowledge of ‘Hand Embroidery’ and Basic skills to operate ‘Sewing Machine’ to learn Machine Embroidery

The term “machine embroidery” refers to the process of using a sewing machine and a Zig-Zag machine to create a pattern on a textile of your choice.

It is most commonly used commercially, as it’s a great tool for branding to create patterns for purely decorative purposes. The free motion method is used for teaching embroidery designs with machines.

Job opportunities for the students:

Trained students will get an opportunity to work as an embroidery designer in boutiques or designer warehouses; also they can customize the embroidery design to the customers, and start their own businesses at home place. Having this knowledge they can also do the accessories, or décor curtains, bed sheets, and logo creation of the particular brands.
