I have been employed in 2017 August with JBV as a Tailoring Teacher. After more than 3 years in this organization, I can categorically say that it’s been full of learning experiences for me. JBV provides a whole bunch of opportunities to anyone in the organization, especially for those who have the drive for it. At the end, I want to share that the good workplace culture has given the advantage to grow myself in skills and knowledge, and I am really grateful to be a part of it.
I joined Jamnalal Bajaj Vishwaneedam in 2010. I am thankful to the Bajaj family and my seniors for giving me this opportunity to perform and identify the internal strength in me. Jamnalal Bajaj Vishwaneedam is the platform where I have not only learnt the working culture but also how to improve my personal and professional skills. This helps me a lot to increase my confidence and explore new opportunities in the organisation.
I have completed 3 years and 5 months at JBV. Honorable Director, Mrs. Nimisha Bajaj Jaipuria, took my interview. She gave me the opportunity to work as a Mehendi Teacher. After some time, I got the opportunity to teach Artificial Jewelry Making, Art & Craft and Jhula wire design. JBV is a very safe place for ladies. Here, all staff and colleagues are very supportive. With the guidance of CEO Sir, I have learnt so many things. JBV has given the opportunity to teaching online vocational courses. I am very glad and thankful to be a part of JBV.
I joined JBV as an Office Assistant on 1 August 2013. Before joining here, I was clueless about office procedures and the system of working. I learned a lot under the guidance of various managerial staff. In fact, our present CEO is my mentor, and he always encourages me to raise my academic qualification and professional skills. The entire staff of JBV is very co-operative and helping in nature. The atmosphere of JBV is very pleasant and awesome. Finally working in JBV has been a great pleasure.
I have been working with JBV as Security Officer since 2015. I have complete support by the management to execute my tasks. I would like to mention here that the systematic approach and planning carried out by the organisation helps me to discharge my duties smoothly. I sincerely thank the management for having provided me the opportunity to work for this organisation. Despite very high work pressure, I am happy to be a part of JBV team because of the tremendous support I get to carry out my duties.
It has been an immense pleasure to work as a legal officer with JBV from last 2 years, and I have learnt many new things related to legal cases with the guidance of the CEO Sir and Colleagues.
I joined JBV as an Office Assistant on 1 June 2014. I feel very proud to work with this organization. Here, I am getting more opportunities to learn new things. I want to convey my sincere thanks to our CEO for his guidance and suggestions to improve my work. I also learn time management and discipline from him, which will help in all my future endeavours. I want to convey my sincere gratitude to this organization for giving me an opportunity to work here which gives me immense pleasure.
I had joined JBV in the year of 2020. Although I was at a learning stage, I got a wonderful opportunity to work with JBV. I would like to thank the CEO Sir for this great opportunity. Sir, you are so encouraging and supportive all the time. After working in JBV, I have built my confidence level in teaching. All teachers are given equal opportunity to share their opinion while meetings are scheduled.
I joined JBV in 2014. JBV is a part of Bajaj Group, having a history of 63 years, with a beautiful campus. As a trust, JBV’s social responsibility and activities are awesome, having very good vision and mission towards helping those who are needy. Especially providing free vocational training courses towards women empowerment, animal welfare, and so on. Happy to say that I am a part of JBV team from past 7 years. Thank you for the management to provide me such a wonderful opportunity to work in such a beautiful organization.
I joined JBV in 2018, and the first thing which I adore about JBV is the blissfully calm environment. This synergy with nature helps to be positive. JBV is giving excellent vocational training for women who lack access to financial capital and have limited opportunities to learn skills, and everyone should make use of this opportunity. JBV management is very supportive and never fails to appreciate a job well done. CEO Sir has always given an ear to our problems and suggestions and never failed to support us, and I am grateful to be a part of this organisation.
I had been appointed as Campus Officer with JBV since October 2017. Procedures followed in JBV for distribution of work is excellent since everybody is accountable for their job. JBV has an innovative and dynamic team and all staff put their best foot forward for the organisation. Campus like JBV in Bangalore provides a calm and quiet atmosphere. I truly appreciate how the management deals with employees as we are being always taken as a part of JBV family, and I feel proud being a part of JBV.
I joined JBV in 2015. The systematic approach followed in JBV, like on time management, punctuality, helps us to bring out and upgrade our skills. Each day has been a learning day. Though the Management is very strict, we are able to discuss and put forward our points regarding our profession which are considered very favourably. With delegation of tasks, it is enjoyable to work in JBV. I look forward to many more years as part of the JBV team.
I have been working with JBV as the Administrative Officer since 2018. The unconditional support of colleagues and guidance of the Chief Executive Officer help me to complete my duties in time. The flawless procedures adopted in JBV further smoothen the work. The greenery of the campus is in itself a motivating factor and it provides positive energy. The ample opportunities provided to me have helped me to grow both personally and professionally. I am looking forward to many more years with JBV.
